Three-member band, Busker Busker and Superstar K4 finalist, Jung Joon Young, who just debuted, are vying for the top spot on several music charts in Korea.
"At First, Love Is," the title track of Busker Busker which was released on September 25. It ranked at the top of six music charts; Melon, Mnet, Olleh Music, Naver Music, Daum Music, and Cyworld Musicon October 2. On some music charts, like Melon and Mnet, other songs from the band's second album ranked in the top 10. Busker Busker's album shows a unique sound and expresses the autumn-like feel.
Concurrently, the new song of Jung Joon Young, "It's A Sickness," was out on October 1. It got in the first spot on three real-time music charts, including Bucks, Monkeys 3, and Soribada. It ranked second on Olleh Music, third on Mnet, and fourth on Melon. The single is a rock ballad, which features drums and classic guitar sounds, having a unique taste to it.
However, there are also some artists who try to grab the number 1 spot like Sistar's Soyou and Mad Clown's duet song, "You're Too Good," and the sound track of SBS's drama, 'Master of the Sun,' "Touch Love," stayed high.
