KBS has banned Taeyang's "Intro (Rise) for broadcast On June 11, KBS has announced that they have banned “Intro (Rise)” track of Taeyang’s new album “RISE” for broadcast.

On June 11, KBS has announced that they have banned “Intro (Rise)” track of Taeyang’s new album “RISE” for broadcast.

The song has been banned because of profanity and was deemed to be unsuitable for broadcast.

A KBS representative stated after their music content review, "It has the curse word ‘fxxk’, making it unsuitable for public broadcast,”

This second week of June, there have been 158 songs reviewed and four of them, which includes Taeyang’s song, have been deemed to be unsuitable from broadcast.

Also, Taeyang’s, Crush’s “Give It to Me which features Jay Park and Simon D” has also been banned due to sexual explicit lyric and curse words, as well as Zizo’s “Dream” and Shim Jaekyung’s “Love Calculations” due to inappropriate words in their lyrics.

Moreover, Taeyang’s new album, “RISE” has been gaining attention as it topped in ten various Korean music charts as soon as its release last week.
