Renowned singer and producer Wheesung revealed himself to be a fan of girl group A Pink during his recent guest appearance on the June 11 broadcast of MBC Ever1's "Weekly Idol".
On the show Wheesung shared that he often watched "Weekly Idol" even when he was still serving in the army. Before Jung Hyung Dong could even finish his question about which guest on the show Wheesung enjoyed watching the most, he had already answered "A Pink!"
When asked if he'd personally met A Pink, Wheesung said, "For music shows, they always stand in front of me. I can't even look them in the eyes, so when I greet them...." and then enacted a 90 degree bow while saying a formal "hello" before walking away to act out how he greeted them. Wheesung said he always does a 90 degree bow when greeting people.
As to which member he liked best, Wheesung was trying to answer the question when Jung Hyung Don butt in and called him a sasaeng fan of Na-Eun, which made Wheesung fluster.
DEFCONN even jokingly asked if Wheesung wanted to know the address to the girls' dorm.
Wheesung later shared that he would watch Taemin and Na-Eun's segment when they were still on "We Got Married". He went on to reveal that the popular female artists in the army were A Pink, Girl's Day, Crayon Pop, and IU.
In the meantime, Wheesung made a comeback in May with his latest album "The Best Man". He promoted with the title track "Night and Day", which he wrote himself. This mini album includes 7 songs including the title song. The other tracks include "Best Man," "I Like Songs," "I Lie Next To You," "The Masterpeice Called You," "I Want To Not Know," and "I Have To Make Money."
