Heechul Opens Up About Sulli's Dating Controversy on October 3 Episode of "Ssul Jeon"

Heechul is cornered in the recent episode of "Ssul Jeon" since the hot topic was about dating controversies, one of which involved his good friend, f(x)'s Sulli.

During the October 3 episode of JTBC's "Ssul Jeon" (War of Words), Super Junior's Kim Heechul spilled the details on her conversation with f(x) Sulli the day her dating controversy with Dynamic Duo's Choiza exploded.

On October 3, the show's topic was about "dating scandals" so Heechul, together with other cast members, talked about the season's hottest issue.

Even before the actual discussion began, Kim Heechul joked around, saying, "I can't do this". At that time, his co-hosts have begun asking him about Sulli.

Heechul, who just recently got onboard the show after his release from the military, explained that he was in Japan when he got 40 missed calls and a message from f(x)'s Sulli.

"She sent me a crying emoticon," Heechul shared, "So I responded to her 'Don't tell me anything more. I am recording "War of Words" on Monday and I know for sure they will want to talk about you."

Heechul knew then that knowing vital information about the controversy would cause a conflict on interest for him. Of course, if he knew details he wouldn't want to talk about it on broadcast, putting him at a pedestal to lie or make alibis to the viewers on Sulli's behalf.

Heechul and Sulli are known to be very close, and Sulli is one of the people Heechul went out on a friendly date with after he got out of military service.

He proceeded to talk about how Sulli's agency, SM Entertainment, handled the whole issue. He said that the company is already used to dating rumours so they already know how to handle another one that involved their talent.

"Usually, [SM Entertainment] choses not to comment or respond, but it is true that up to this time, they're still pretty shaken up," Heechul shared.

Other cast members eventually asked Heechul about what he would do if Sulli and Choiza admitted that they are really dating. He responded that if it's true that they're dating, he will congratulate them.

"They are now adults," Heechul went on. And according to him Lee Soo Man and the rest of SM Entertainment are very open to the concept of dating among idols.
