Girl's Day's Yura Talks About Her Virtual Marriage with Hong Jong Hyun

Girl's Day member Yura opened up about her virtual marriage with Hong Jong Hyun on the MBC show "We Got Married".

Girl's Day member Yura opened up about her virtual marriage with Hong Jong Hyun on the MBC show "We Got Married".

In her interview with Joy News 24, Yura shared that she and Hong Jong Hyun have grown closer through their life as onscreen couples on the variety show "We Got Married". "It's fun. When we first started, it was awkward, and we didn't talk to each other much. But we became a lot more comfortable and closer with each other [after having fun on the lake with water sports] and couple games. Now we talk to each other a lot... Hong Jong Hyun is known as an 'unapproachable guy', but I never felt that way about him at all," Yura said.

The other members of Girl's Day went on to reveal their separate opinions on the virtual relationship, with Hyeri laughing saying, "I'm not jealous," while Sojin said, "They act like they're dating, so I'm jealous."

Yura also went on to share her bucket list of things do with pretend hubby Hong Jong Hyun, "It feels like I'm in a public relationship [with Hong Jong Hyun]. I get vicarious satisfaction from it... I want to try the things I want do if I were in a relationship through 'We Got Married'. I want to go on an overseas vacation, try horseback riding, and go to a zoo. During winter, I also want to go [snow]boarding."
