BIGBANG's Seungri Gets into a Car Accident, Drunk Driving was Not the Cause Says YG Entertainment

Seungri ran into an accident while driving down the expressway. He is required one week to recover. It seems that road have been accidemt prone lately.

It seems that road have been accidemt prone lately. It has been reported that BIGBANG's Seungri got involved in a car accident.

The BIGBANG maknae was driving a Porsche on September 12 at around 3:30am when the vehicle collided with a Mercedes Benz and ran into the railing and overturned. Seungri was in the North Riverside Expressway in Dongbuichon-dong in going towards Ilsan when the accident happened.

The two passengers of the Mercedes Benz transferred in a different vehicle where they were brought to a hospital and had minor injuries. Meanwhile, Seungri rode an ambulance but took off when he said that he only sustained minor injuries.

YG Entertainment released a statement with regards to Seungri's accident stating, “Fortunately, Seungri was not injured. He was transferred to the hospital and after receiving a check up, he received a diagnosis that there were no problems with his body. It was not drunk driving.”

It also has been announced that Seungri together with BIGBANG will not be attending the YG Family concert in Singapore on September 13-14, as he is required to stay in the hospital for a week.
