Wednesday and Thursday Nights are the Battleground for Top Three Channels' Late Night Dramas

Dramas on Wednesday and Thursday nights just got better with the pilot episode of "The Heirs" and "Medical Top Team."

Television has been a battleground for the late night Wednesday and Thursday dramas.

It was according to Nielsen Korea on October 11's official rating calculations, KBS's "Secret Love," broadcast on October 10, got a rating of 14.6%, a 2.2% increase than its former episode rating of 12.4%. The rise in Thursday night's episode sustained the drama's rank at first place between the Wednesday and Thursday night dramas.

Even though the ratings of "Secret Love" had increased the other two new dramas that aired their first episode on Wednesday night, had drops in their Thursday night ratings. The second episode of SBS's "The Heirs," broadcast in the course of the same time as "Secret Love," came away with a rating of 10.5%, a 1.1% drop from its first episode rating of 11.6%

Meanwhile, MBC's "Medical Top Team "also experienced drops in its ratings, as Thursday night had a rating of 7.0%, a 0.3% decrease from Wednesday night's 7.3%

The dramas; KBS' "Secret Love," SBS' "The Heirs," and MBC's "Medical Top Team" are shown on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 10PM KST.
