Kim Hyun Joong's Assault Case to be Given to the Prosecution by the Police

The case of Kim Hyun Joong will be forwarded to the prosecution It has been reported that Kim Hyun Joong's assault will be given to the lawyers for its final prosecution.

It has been reported that Kim Hyun Joong's assault will be given to the lawyers for its final prosecution.

The detective who has been working on Kim Hyun Joong’s assault case stated, “Out of the four assaults reported, the one which Kim Hyun Joong admitted guilty to will be forwarded to the prosecutors for further action.”

It has been revealed by the police that there has been a fight between the two in the course if the break up but after that, there was no physical abuse. However, Kim Hyun Joong has admitted to one complaint which caused two weeks of healing.

Though the woman who has complained for these charges have dropped them already, police have stated that they will be continuing on investigating the case which Kim Hyun Joong has admitted to.

The dtective added, "We have a medical report on the injuries caused in the one assault he admitted to. Assault cases with physical injuries that are proven cannot be dropped even if there is an agreement between the assailant and the victim."

He then added, "We need about two weeks in order to prepare the police’s final statement."
