In JTBC's "Sleeping With the Boss", FNC Entertainment talents F.T. Island, CNBLUE, and AOA spilled the beans on their experiences as an idol under the said agency.

While it has become common knowledge that most, if not all, idols live with a gruelling work schedule, the guys of CNBLUE and F.T Island's Lee Hongki said that they also go through the same difficulties in FNC.

They may be the some of the brightest talents in the industry today and fans would probably line up to help them with their baggage, CNBLUE drummer Minhyuk and guitarist Jonghyun shared that they still had to carry their own instruments when they were riding the subway to head to a show in Japan. The group members explained that FNC is best known for the harsh disciplinary principle they inculcate.

"The agency made 5-6 people play guitar inside a 54 square feet room for 10 hours... later on, we were transferred to a nice rehearsal room. However, FNC continued to monitor our activities," the CNBLUE members said.

A representative of FNC Entertainment, Han Sung Ho was also present to explain the goings on inside FNC Entertainment and the way they train their talents. "We give them three warnings. Once they reach the limit, they get expelled." Surprisingly, Han Sung Ho went on to reveal that MBLAQ's Lee Joon was once part of the FNC roster.

Seeing that Lee Joon was also trained under the harsh methods of FNC, CNBLUE's Jonghyun commented that, "Lee Joon will survive regardless of whatever path he takes," which, for that matter, is very true.

To share his own experience, Hongki shared that there was one time in Japan after a show when he declined to join a dinner hosted by the company. "I told the representative I was tired and that it was my only time to rest," Hongki said. However, he was forced to join the dinner eventually because the representative Han Sung Ho was very forceful in telling him to. Despite this, Hongki and Han Sung Ho were revealed to have a very close relationship.

What do you guys think about FNC Entertainment's way of disciplining their artists?
