EXO's Luhan Files Termination of Exclusive Contract from SM Entertainment

Is this Kris all over again as EXO member has reported to have filed termination of exclusive contract from SM Entertainment

It seems like a dejavu has happened to SM Entertainment on October 10, as EXO member Luhan has been reported to withdraw his contract from SM Entertainment.

Chinese news outlet, Sina made an exclusive report that they have received information that Luhan went to the Seoul District Court to file a lawsuit against entertainment agency, SM Entertainment to void his exclusive contract.

There has been no further details about the report and it looks like that Sina has reported the same way they reported in Kris' incident which happened previously.

This year was very controversial for SM Entertainment as most of their artists were in a dating controversy which includes Girls' Generation's YoonA and actor Lee Seung Gi, Girls' Generation's Sooyoung and actor Jung Kyung Ho, Tiffany and 2PM's Nichkhun, Taeyeon and EXO's Baekhyun and f(x)'s Sulli and Dynamic Duo's Choiza, which led Sulli into taking a break from the group for awhile. Also, SM had been in the news as they have encountered problems like EXO's Kris' withdrawal from the group and Girls' Generation's Jessica to allegedly be 'kicked out' from the Girls Generation.

In JTBC's "Ssul Jeon," aired on October 9, hosts have recalled what Super Junior's Heechul (former host) mentioned by saying, "There are more to come." He mentioned this when Kris filed a lawsuit against SM to nullify his contract as they had disagreements on his career.

Is Luhan's incident same as Kris'?
