Rain has been in controversy as a photo has been uploaded in the web Singer/actor Rain is caught in fire on November 13 as his nude photo has been circulating online.

Singer/actor Rain is caught in fire on November 13 as his nude photo has been circulating online. The said photo was claimed to be from actress, Kim Tae Hee's phone, who is Rain's girlfriend.

Rain's agency, Cube DC, will not take this sitting down and is planning to take legal action. The idol's legal representative, Kim Nam Hong talked to news outlet, Newsen via phone call on November 13, "Sometime today or tomorrow, we are planning on submitting a complaint. This is without a doubt a false rumor."

The legal representative went more, "We do not know why something like this was released. At first we thought it was something to just laugh and forget about, but there seem to be many who think it actually is Rain. We thought people would think otherwise, but it is becoming a problem. Moreover, it is something that will be seen not only in Korea, but China and Japan, as well. The fact that it says the photo is from Kim Tae Hee’s phone is an issue, also."

Rain is now taking a break after his successful drama in SBS, "My Lovely Girl," starring with f(x)'s Krystal and Infinite's L.
