Singer Gummy has transferred from YG Entertainment to C-Jes Entertainment.
It has been reported by K-pop officials that on October 24 Gummy has signed an exclusive contract with C-JeS Entertainment.
Gummy has been roaming around and speaking to several agencies after her contract with YG Entertainment expired earlier this year. She made a final decision to sign with C-Jes.
The topic about Gummy transferring agencies spread rapidly since the industry officials knew the said issue. It is known that Gummy is the next singer signing for the agency after JYJ, thus drawing a lot of attention.
C-JeS Entertainment has been managing famous actors and actresses including, Sul Gyung Goo, Lee Jung Jae, Kang Hye Jung, and Song Ji Hyo. It will be likely expected that C-Jes Entertainment will be expanding to the K-pop music scene and having Gummy sign for them is just the start of it.
For the meantime, Gummy is scheduled to release a duet single with Wheesung but before that, they will have a reunion concert at the end of the year.
