Kim Soo Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin, IU, Cha Tae Hyun, and More Gather For "Producer" Script Reading

The private script reading for the upcoming KBS drama series "Producer" has officially started!

The private script reading for the upcoming KBS drama series "Producer" has officially started and photos from the meeting were recently released.

The star-studded cast of "Producer" were all present during the script reading such as Kim Soo Hyun, Cha Tae Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin, IU, Kim Jong Kook, Na Young Hee, former M.I.L.K member Park Hee Bon, and others. The stars gathered in Social Venue The Raum Art Center Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul on March 23 for the script reading.

According to a staff member, the atmosphere during the script reading was very friendly. Even though it was still the first script reading, the stars gave their best performances and showed great chemistry together.

In "Producer" Kim Soo Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin, and Cha Tae Hyun will be taking the role of producers in the entertainment industry. IU will take on the role as a top star and singer, which is what she actually is in real life!

Of the abovementioned heavyweights, Kim Soo Hyun was the last star to sign up for the project. This drama series will reunite him with his "Dream High" co-star, IU. This is Kim Soo Hyun's the explosive success of "You Who Came From The Stars".

The script for "Producer" was written by Park Ji Eun, the same genius behind the mega hit drama series "You Who Came From the Stars".

The cast and crew of "Producer" will begin filming this month, while the first episode is scheduled to premiere sometime in May.
