SISTAR member Hyolyn has definitely that she's a force to be reckoned with. On the current rankings on Billboard's K-pop Chart, released on December 5, Hyolyn's "One Way Love" place number 1 out of a 100. Her second title song "Lonely" also soared on the charts at number 3. Both songs are part of her first solo album, "Love & Hate", which was released on November 26.
Hyolyn's agency, Starship Entertainment, made a comment on the singer's recent success, saying, "Hyolyn, who's solo activities just ensued recently, has not only made a huge splash on the American Billboard charts, but she's also doing excellently in other overseas charts. Her success in the charts is particularly meaningful considering that Hyolyn is being faced by tough competitors who are also releasing new material this December. We are truly happy that she is being recognized for her talents in singing and dancing. We believe Hyolyn will give her best shot to give everyone a good show."
Hyolyn's debut album, "Love & Hate", was created with the help of elite producers Kim Do Hoon, Brave Brothers, and Duble Sidekick, among others. According to Hyolyn, "Love & Hate" shows fans something she's never done before with SISTAR, with musical elements ranging from hip-hop to R&B and more. Of course, no one can ignore Hyolyn's powerful than ever vocals and fiery dance routines.
Hyolyn's latest offerings, "One Way Love" and "Lonely", show the singer's more emotional side with lyrics that cut deep through the heart.
