"The Heirs" Ends Finale With A Grand Slam, Earns Highest Viewer Rating This Week

It seems like more and more people got hooked to "The Heirs" til the very end as the series achieved spectacular numbers during its finale.

The latest drama ratings were boiling up due to the finales of the hit series "The Heirs" and "Medical Top Team".

AGB Nielsen Media Research released the weekly results on December 12 and showed that SBS' "The Heirs" received 25.6% viewer rating, showing a 1.3% increase from last week's rating of 24.3%.

While "The Heirs" exceeded the 20% benchmark in terms of viewership, MBC's "Medical Top Team" didn't manage to overtake the hit teen drama. "Medical Top Team" only averaged with a 5.6% viewer rating, but still showing a 0.3% increase from 5.3% in the previous week.

Unfortunately for "Pretty Man", the series didn't manage to recover from its disappointing numbers last week. The series hit the ultimate viewing rock bottom with only a 2.9% rating. Nevertheless, the drama showed slight improvement compared with its rating last week.

With "The Heirs" and "Medical Top Team" wrapping up, "You Who Came From The Stars" and "Miss Korea" will resume their respective slots. Which series will take the top spot next week? We'll soon find out.
