The cast members of the hit MBC drama series "Goddes of Fire Jeongi" are experiencing a delay in receiving their paychecks. A representative from Moon Geun Young's agency said that the involved parties are now in discussion regarding the matter.
"Goddess of Fire Jeongi" already wrapped up in October with a total of 32 episodes aired. However, the production company in charge of the drama series, KPOX, has not released due payments for the cast and crew members.
A representative from Namoo Actors, Moon Geun Young's agency, stated, "We are in the process of resolving the issue involving the payment. The payment has been delayed, and it doesn't seem likely that the issue will carry on for longer than is necessary."
"Goddess of Fire Jeongi" aired from July to October and starred Moon Geun Young, Kim Bum, and Lee Sang Young. The period drama revolves around the story of the first woman to create ceramics during the Joseon Dynasty era.
