The 12-member boy group of SM Entertainment, EXO has proved to be the rising star of 2013 with not just selling over one million copies of their album, "XOXO" but has achieved to be KBS' Music Festival's Song of the Year with the single for the said album, "Growl."
The boys garnered an impressively 296 points over the songs of B2ST's "Shadow" which had 161 points, INFINITE's "Man In Love" with 140, SHINee's "Dream Girl" with 134 points, B1A4's "What's Going On" with 93 points, TEEN TOP's " Miss Right" with 92 points and Sistar's "Give It to Me" with 84 points.
With 14 songs from the album got into various of charts not only domestically but internationally, EXO has been truly rising immensely in the K-pop scene and has been gaining fans worldwide.
EXO will be appearing in two more music festivals both from SBS and MBC on December 29 and 30.
Meanwhile, the boys just held a joint concert with label mate, f(x) in the recently held "SMTown Week."
