JYP Entertainment's New Male Group's Name is "GOT7"

JYP Entertainment reveals the name of their new boy group and their upcoming schedule. JYP Entertainment has been keeping fans in suspense with their previous reports that they will be debuting a new male group, which kept fans excited and eager with whom the members will be knowing that JJ Project's JR and JB are among the group.

JYP Entertainment has been keeping fans in suspense with their previous reports that they will be debuting a new male group, which kept fans excited and eager with whom the members will be knowing that JJ Project's JR and JB are among the group.

And everyone has been asking, what will their name be? At last the answer is 'GOT7', which signifies the "7" to the 7 members of varying nationalities.

This is JYP Entertainment's first hip hop group and their group will be specializing in 'martial arts tricking', which is a form of martial arts with acrobatics.

Though acrobatics and the word 'performance team' will remind us about 2PM's style, the label had stated that GOT7 will be showing different styles when in comes to their performances from martial arts with a mix of b-boy style.

The agency said that each member will be revealed on Jan 3 KST and their music video and the boys' showcase 'Garage Showcase' will be held on January 15. They will perform their debut through 'M! Countdown' on January 16, and will finally release their mini album on January 20!

It looks like that the new male group will be very busy at the start of the year. Let us all stay tuned if they will be the next rising star.
