Firs generation idol fans will surely be excited as g.o.d finally come together as a group and is set to release a new album this April.
An insider from Korean entertainment said, that the five members; Park Joon Hyung, Danny Ahn, Son Ho Young, Yoon Gye Sang, and Kim Tae Woo; have been talking about their reunion since the last year and has started working on their new record, planning to release the album this coming February.
This album in the making is g.o.d’s album after eight years since they released their last album ‘To The Sky.’ Friends of g.o.d stated, “They have finished recording one track. A full-length album should contain at least 10 songs, so they are working hard to finish up the rest by April. But its comeback and the date of album release can be delayed until June.”
“g.o.d is planning to meet fans mainly through concerts, rather than TV appearance. The members had decided to get together to celebrate their 15th debut anniversary. They are so passionate and excited about the album.”
Having the group debut in 1999, g.o.d released many hit songs such as ‘To Mother,’ ‘One Candlelight.’ ‘Love You and Remember,’ and ‘Sky Blue Balloon,’ which made them renowned in Korea.
After Yoon Gye Sang left the group to focus on his acting career in 2004, g.o.d released its last album ‘To The Sky’ in 2005 and started to focus on their individual careers without making an official disband announcement.
