SM Rookies member Wendy has released her own rendition of “I Have to Forget You” as an original soundtrack for drama series “Mimi”, which stars label mate and senior, TVXQ’s Changmin.

A representative of SM Entertainment said on March 14, “Wendy participated in the Mnet drama series ‘Mimi’ in which she sang the theme song, titled ‘I Have to Forget You’ for male lead Han Min Woo (Changmin) and Mimi’s (Moon Ga Young) love story.

“I Have to Forget You” is a ballad originally popularized by Lee Hyun Woo. TVXQ’s Changmin previously released his own take of the song also part of the “Mimi” soundtrack.

Wendy began training under SM Entertainment after her recruitment at the “SM Global Audition in Canada” back in 2012. She’s skilled at playing the piano, guitar, flute, and saxophone, and is also known for her vocal abilities.
