The boys has lately signed a contract with Tunes Will Entertainment. After Lee U left the group, the group recruited Daegun and Raehyun. The boys came out with the song "Dreaming I" in December 2012, however released nothing else in Korea for a long time. But with a new contract, they are set to have their comeback soon.

Tunes Will Entertainment stated, "F.CUZ is a team filled with potential that has promoted actively not only in Korea, but also Japan, and so they have a great fandom. The label will not be stingy in our support so F.CUZ can grow more and more in with various promotions."

The boys is already done with filming their music video since February, and now they're just in the final stages of getting ready for their comeback. Their label stated, "While the boys were away from Korea, they gained experience on stage by going on stage overseas. They're planning to meet their Korean fans for the first time in a while with a new song that we've been working our everything into by the end of the month. Since their break from their Korean activities was long, they're going to promote their best and show various sides through this new song, so please look forward to and support F.CUZ and their new comeback."
