Girls’ Generation will be finishing their promotional activities for “Mr. Mr.” at the end of this month.
On March 24, SM Entertainment stated that Girls’ Generation will be performing a goodbye stage on March 30′s broadcast of SBS’ “Inkigayo”. After then, the girls will concertrate on their upcoming Japanese concert tour that will start on April 26 in Fukuoka.
Girls’ Generation came out with the fourth mini album, “Mr.Mr.”, on February 24 and released the music video for the title song on February 28. Though the promotion period has been quite short, the girls have been delighting fans with great performances in various music programs and appeared on many radio and TV shows. The song garnered top spots in Korean music charts and as well as topped iTunes charts around the world.
As of the moment, the “Mr.Mr.” music video has reached over 13,7 million views on YouTube, being the first K-Pop video this year to reach 10 million views. SM Entertainment stated that they will be releasing dance version of music video if it reaches 15 million views on YouTube.
