BIGBANG's Seungri shows his chatterbox side again. He is the first international star to be a host for on a regular cable show in Japan.
As stated by Seungri's agency, YG Entertainment, "Starting September 27, Seungri will be joining 'Popular Women 100′ as a co-host. The program airs on Japan's Fuji TV station." Seungri will be co-hosting alongside comedian-host Hiroshi Yamazaki.
Seungri has made a remarkable achievement with his hosting spree since a lot of celebrities' debut in Japan through music or acting activities.
Upon his selection, the producers of the show, "Popular Women 100″ stated that last year, when Fuji TV has started planning for new programs, they noticed Seungri appear on variety programs and they saw his behaviour and capability to work. They added that the already had Seungri in mind even from the planning stage.
From appearances in variety shows, BIGBANG's maknae showed his fluency in the Japanese language which has charmed his followers.
The show, "Popular Women 100″ is about 100 women who talk about their dating styles. They are also to give advices to the not-so popular men.
For the meantime, Seungri was in Fukuoka for "Live Island Tour 2013." Aside from "Popular Women 100," Seungri's Japan fans can also expect more of him as he is also scheduled on October 9 for promotions for his solo album "Let's Talk about Love."
