Ha Ji Won Gives 100 Million Won to Disaster Efforts of the Ferry Incident

Actress Ha Ji Won shows an act of kindness as she shares what she can to be in one with the people in the ferry disaster

Actress Ha Ji Won like other celebrities, help the victims and relief efforts of the Sewol ferry disaster by sharing what she can.

Ha Ji Won, who is starring in the MBC drama “Empress Ki” has donated 100 million won or approximately $96,200 for the relief efforts of the ferry disaster. It has always been known that has always had a soft spot for children and youths, according to reports, having had donated to the “Hottest Scholarship” which supports students in the art, music, and physical education fields, and to Severance Hospital to support children with visual impairment.

Celebrities like, Song Seung Hun, Song Hye Gyo, Kang Dong Won, Yoo Ah In, Park In Young, and a lot more have also donated their time and money to Sewol ferry disaster relief efforts. Actor On Joo Han also has donated 10 million won.

South Korea is still in the state of emergency as rescue efforts have been going on for the passengers of the Sewol ferry that sank off the coast of Jindo last April 16.
