It seems like YG Entertainment has different approach to its artist this time.

The entertainment agency, who recently announced the start of the “Cover Project by YG Family,” has revealed their first artist cover. YG’s sibling duo, Akdong Musician, covers fellow label Taeyang‘s hit, “Eyes, Nose, Lips,“ showing their own unique style and bringing a unique vibe to the soulful R&B track.

Recently, Taeyang opened up that the track, “Eyes, Nose, Lips” tells his personal story, a love song that shows the longing one feels after breaking up. Though the lyrics not being their own, the talent brother and sister send out the same sincerity that Taeyang did with their own version.

Akdong Musician is a new duo from YG Entertainment. They have been quite known as they joined the popular show, "K-Pop Star." The duo has shown a lot of potential, achieving a top spot for their track, "200%." The duo is also gearing up for their first comeback after debut on the later part of the year.
