Tiny-G member Myungji has announced that she will be leaving the four-member group to focus on her budding acting career.
GNG Production, the agency that handles Tiny-G, revealed on June 27, “Myungji has expressed her desire to focus on her acting career, which she has slowly been developing ever since she was young. As a child actress, she’s appeared in several commercials. We have decided to honor her request and support her plans.”
Although she will no longer be part of Tiny-G, Myungji will still be managed by the same company, GNG Production. Meanwhile, Tiny-G will continue to promote as a three-member group with remaining members Dohee, J-Min, and Mint. The group is currently in the midst of preparing for their comeback this July after regrouping as a three-member act.
Their fourth single album is expect to come out in July 3 and the group will officially kick start their promotional activities by then. With regards to their album preparations, GNG Production said, "They recently completed recording [the song] and plan to film the music video soon... By adding an innocent charm to their existing cute image, Tiny-G will show a change in image.”
