Akdong Musician Express Elation At Living Life as Celebs

Chan Hyuk and Soo Hyun share their feelings and thoughts about how their lives have changed since winning "K-Pop Star 2".

On the July 14 broadcast of SBS’ “Healing Camp”, sibling duo Akdong Musician made a guest appearance and talked about how their lives have changed since they were hailed the winners of “K-Pop Star 2” and then consequently signed under YG Entertainment.

Akdong Musician’s Chan Hyuk, the older brother, said, "At first, I was elated. It was intriguing that people could recognize me, and I enjoyed eating yummy food. I enjoyed the feeling of entering a different world, but when I met my friends, they looked at us like we were celebrities. That hurt."

His younger sib, Soo Hyun, shared, "We became distant because our friends were like that," to which Chan Hyuk added, "As a junior in high school, my friends were studying and going to afterschool lessons, but don't I have difficult things to do too? If I go to a photo shoot and record until the break of dawn, they say, 'You're lucky.'"
