Looks like we've got another girl group that's ready to take on the American music scene! SPICA surprised everyone with the announcement that they will be entering the U.S market with the release of their new song.
The group's agency, B2M Entertainment said today that SPICA have teamed up with Billboard Magazine for their activities in the U.S. following the release of their English track "I Did It" and MV on August 6 KST.
"I Did It" is a collaborative work of producers Oliver "Oligee" Goldstein, Cory Enemy, and Daniel Merlot. It's described as an upbeat pop song with a mix of R&B hip hop, and funk music that will remind people of the '90s. the song music video for the song was directed by Michael Laburt.
"An awesome song was given to us. We hope that this song receives a a lot of love... We have high anticipation for out first single and MV to be launched in the U.S... We look forward to meeting new fans," SPICA said about their upcoming US activities.
The girl will also be performing at the "KCON" at the Memorial Sports Arena in Los Angeles on August 9th.
Not to worry, though. It won't be soon before the girls make a comeback in Korea later this month!
