Actor Kim Woo Bin is now considering a casting offer in SBS‘s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama Entitled “Pinocchio.”
On August 7, Kim Woo Bin’s representative told Newsen, “It is true that Kim Woo Bin received a casting offer as the lead male role in “Pinocchio,” but nothing is confirmed. At the moment, there are various schedules left to be completed, so it is still too early to comment on the casting offer. Nothing has been decided.”
The rep also continued, “Because Kim Woo Bin has not even started filming for the movie “Twenty” yet, it is too early to decide on his next production already.”
“Pinocchio” is the story of social affairs reporters, as a way of introducing the viewers to the world of reporters. It's production is created by the scriptwriter and director of popular drama “I Hear Your Voice,” Park Hye Ryun and PD Jo Soo Won.
Kim Woo Bin, if agreed to star, will have the role of Choi Dal Po, a social affairs reporter who has been working in the field for one year.
Moreover, “Pinocchio” is set to premiere in November, after the completion of both “It’s Okay, It’s Love,” as well as “My Lovely Girl.”
