On August 6, KBS revealed the results from their recent content review meeting and reported that they were banning some of the latest track from JYJ, HyunA, and HA:TFELT due to sexually aggressive, curse words, and other inappropriate languages.

HyunA's agency, Cube Entertainment, commented, "From the beginning, there were two versions of 'Blacklist,' one song that got banned from broadcast. The original got banned from broadcast, but the second version passed through reconsideration and was already used in a comeback stage. In addition, we have no plans to promote the other song, 'French Kiss,' on TV, so there will be no appeal for that."

As for HA:TFELT’s track, JYP said, "We have no plans to promote 'Bond' from her solo album 'Me?' on TV. We are not discussing a reexamination."

However, since JYJ is currently promoting their title track “Back Seat”, C-JeS Entertainment was not as relaxed on the matter compared to the other two agencies, "We are working on modification of the lyrics and a request for reexamination. In the case the content itself finds its way away from the original, intended course, JYJ can continue as is without a reexamination."
