Yonghwa is Having Chaebol Problems in the Set of "The Future Choice"

Yonghwa looks the part, but can he play the part of a chaebol? He revealed his experiences during the Oct 10 press conference of "The Future Choice".

During the press conference for the KBS drama "The Future Choice, CNBLUE's Yonghwa shared insights on what it was like to play a young, rich heir.

This isn't the first time Yonghwa has played the dashing and cool leading man in a drama series, but this is the first he's playing the role of a "chaebol" (Korean term for "business conglomerate"). He shared at the October 10 press conference that he experienced some difficulties when he first started with the role.

Yonghwa explained. "In the script, it said 'He looks classy even while eating udon,' which caused me concern as I didn't know how to eat udon in a way that appeared classy."

Despite his etiquette problems, the CNBLUE front man revealed that he had a fun time filming with Go Doo Shim, and that now he is enjoying "the chaebol life". Certainly this would not be the last time Yonghwa finds himself into the chaebol character.

In "The Future Choice", Yonghwa plays Park Se Ju, the grandson of the CEO for the media group YBS. Despite his connection, he acts as a young VJ in order to learn the business from the bottom-up. The story also revolves around the love triangle wherein Yoon Eun Hye has to decide who between Yonghwa and Lee Dong Gun will become her love interest.

The premiere of "The Future Choice" will air on October 14 at KBS 2TV.
