A report from media outlet, Star News said that 2NE1 is set to attend SBS Gayo Daejun.

It was previously said by YG Entertainment that 2NE1 will not be attending any year-ender events since CL is set to debut in America and is busy gearing up for her promotions.

However, an anonymous source told Star News that 2NE1 will be making an appearance ias the source stated, "They [2NE1] are currently discussing the details of their performance with the producers."

Also, members of the group are still questionable since Park Bom may not be attending the said year-end event. The idol has been in a controversy after an insider reported that Park Bom had been involved in shipping amphetamine, an illicit drug, from the United Staes to South Korea. It is said that Park Bom's package was discovered in South Korea's Customs Department. The singer had been charged with a lawsuit due to that but the source said, the court kept quiet and acquitted Park Bom from the charges. Due to this news, Park Bom was pulled out of the SBS reality show, "Roommate."
