Girls' Generation's leader Taeyeon recently posted something on Instagram that got fans on their feet and cheering in excitement.

The singer posted a blurry photo on her Instagram page of what seem to be a lyrics sheet. Taeyeon wrote, "Today's recording is over (peace). We're in the middle of album preparations, too! It'll be out soon! It's not that I didn't focus [the photo] on purpose, [but the camera] is broken. Hehe."

Girls' Generation hasn't been appearing in a lot of variety shows and hasn't been doing a lot of activities lately, which could mean that they may be working in the studio for their upcoming comeback.

The girls, however, have been dominating a lot of year-end awards. They've recently been nominated at the YouTube Music Awards. They also won the "Best Global Idol Grou" in the Huading Awards in Macau, defeating other international artists such as Black Eyed Peas and One Direction.

Although it isn't clear if Taeyeon is recording with Girls' Generation or with its sub-unit TTS, fans speculate that this new track may be for TaeTiSeo.
