"WIN" already has chosen its winner, Team A, which will be debuting before the year ends. But viewers are wondering if Team B will really be disbanded?
Before the final round, according to YG Entertainment's CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, the losing team will be disbanded. Fans are really wondering if that decision of his will be executed.
On a press conference on October 25, wherein the CEO appeared and stated, "In the meantime, I had made a promise to the public using words such as delay, postponement, and--in the worst-case scenario--dissolution in relation to the losing team. No matter what, I need to protect that promise."
But, he explained, "There appears to be a lot of people who think the losing team will be leaving YG, but the losing team will stay in YG to train more with the possibility of replacing or retaining members. I can't say for sure today. I think I'm going to have to think about it once more after it's finished."
To answer fans' question Yang Hyun Suk said, "I thought about whether I planned a cruel program in vain. However, I will not easily kick the losing team out of YG or make their lives frustrating."
Maybe Team B will be debuting later or will add members.
Meanwhile, let us watch out for Team A's debut this coming December.
