Kim Woo Bin Shares He's Still Good Friends With His Model Friends

Kim Woo Bin reveals he still keeps in touch with his modeling days friends Kim Young Kwang, Hong Jong Hyun, and Lee Soo Hyuk.

25-year-old Kim Woo Bin already has a lot under his belt ever since he shot to fame with his flawless performance in the 2013 hit drama series "The Heirs". Through his projects, he has gained new friends such as his co-stars Kang Ha Neul and Junho in "Twenty". When asked if his friends from his modeling days ever get jealous, Kim Woo Bin's first response was a laugh.

Referring to friends such as Kim Young Kwang, Hong Jong Hyun, and Lee Soo Hyuk, Kim Woo Bin said, "They're not the jealous type. They're too busy themselves to even have time to pay attention to such things. We still do keep in touch and contact each other regularly, but it's difficult for us to meet together. Thus, it's been awhile since we last saw one another."

Kim Woo Bin also shared a very relatable insight on friendship, "There are certain relationships where, even though you haven't seen each other in a while, once you see them it's as if nothing has changed. Even though we don't hang out often anymore, it still seems like we're together. That's how we are as friends."

He also talked about fellow model-turned-actor Lee Jong Suk, whom he's known to be really close friends with. "It's hard for me to invite Lee Jong Suk to eat out. We understand how tired we get [from work]. We're too busy and tired, [and it will be an added burden] if you suggest something and it gets rejected. It would be nice if we meet when we're no longer busy and we can let our worries loose," the Kim Woo Bin said.

The "Twenty" star added that he and Lee Jong Suk are the type who express themselves gradually. "I told him to attend the screening [of 'Twenty'], otherwise I would get upset. So he attended the screening," Kim Woo Bin said, referring to the fact that he can rely to Lee Jong Suk the same way Jong Suk can rely on him.
