"Shark" Co-stars Kim Nam Gil and Son Ye Jin Deny Dating Rumours

The recent trend of celebrity hook-ups doesn't seem to near a close as Kim Nam Gil and Son Ye Jin become the new onscreen couple hit with the dating controversy.

"Shark" co-stars Kim Nam Gil and Son Ye Jin are denying dating rumours that have surfaced recently.

According to a media outlet, the onscreen love affair between the two stars is true in real life as they been dating in the past four months after getting close to each other while filming the KBS 2TV drama series "Shark". Both were also cast in the upcoming movie "Pirates", which they are currently busy filming, leading fans to assume that a romantic attachment may or may have already been brewing between them.

However, representatives from both parties have come forward to deny the rumours. Son Ye Jin's agency, MSTeam Entertainment, has stated, "It is totally untrue. It doesn't really make any sense. It seems there was a misunderstanding upon seeing them getting along on friendly terms on set, but the reports are false. The story that they were meeting near Samsungdong doesn't make any sense. Son Ye Jin is currently busy promoting and filming her movie."

In Kim Nam Gil's behalf, Star J Entertainment stated, "The dating rumours with Son Ye Jin are not true. Although it is true that the two of them are close with each other after working together for their drama and now movie, there is nothing more to their relationship. They are close as colleagues, but they are not dating."
