Pledis Entertainment Confirms Partnership with YUEHUA Entertainment as It Makes Its Break Into the Chinese Market

Pledis Entertainment takes on a strategic move and partners with China's YUEHUA Entertainment to expand their influence in the Chinese market.

Pledis Entertainment recently signed a joint venture with China's YUEHUA Entertainment as the company makes their expansion into the Chinese market.

YUEHUA Entertainment is one of China's premiere talent agencies, with Hangeng being one of its popular artists along with Singaporean singer A Do and more. YUEHUA Entertainment is also the sole Chinese entertainment company that has branched out in Korea.

Pledis and YUEHUA Entertainment will hold a press conference to discuss their partnership strategies. The "YUEHUA Entertainment X Pledis" press conference will be held at the Beijing Banquet Hall and will officially mark their business partnership. Son Dam Bi, After School and NU'EST will also attend the conference in support of Pledis while artists from YUEHUA Entertainment will also make an appearance.

Jung Hae Chang, executive director of Pledis, said in a statement, "We have come to hold hands with major Chinese entertainment company YUEHUA Entertainment and are earnestly advancing into the Chinese market. This has happened from time to time with Japan, but this is the first time [we are] officially collaborating and advancing with a Chinese music agency. In addition, we have bigger expectations stemming from this collaboration because there is a big potential in the Chinese market."
