According to SBS, a lot Korean celebrities, as well as variety stars Lee Soo Geun and Tak Jae Hoon, are now being investigated for the notion of online gambling illegally.

The two of the accused celebrities have been reported to have bet billions of Korean won in online sports betting websites. The claims curtailed from investigating gambling ring and its brokers.

SM C&C has admitted that Lee Soo Geun is currently being investigated and assured he will be taking time off to ponder and reflect, including a temporary suspension from all his broadcasting activities.

"We accept most of the allegations," they said. "He will stop his broadcasts and take some time to reflect on his actions," the agency stated.

"We have nothing to say even if we had ten mouths," they continued. "We apologize to everyone who has supported him thus far."

Meanwhile, Tak Jae Hoon has not yet released any statements with regards to the issue.
