Singer Ailee, who was promoting her latest single "Heaven" in Japan while the news of her nude photos broke out, has now returned to Korea following her flow of activities as scheduled.
Earlier this week, YMC Entertainment spoke to media outlet MyDaily and said "It is true that Ailee will return to Korea, but she wants to do it quietly. She has no plans to make an official statement at the airport."
Ailee was heavily guarded by her managers and other personnel as she made her way through the airport. According to several reporters who were on the scene, Ailee did not make any statement but she casually smiled at them.
As investigations on the scandal continue, Ailee proceeds with her scheduled activities including her appearance at the 'MelOn Music Awards' on November 14. It basically confirms Ailee's fighting spirit and determination to catch the perpetrator behind the leak.
In line with the developments regarding the investigation, YMC Entertainment has hired a lawyer in the United States to take legal actions against the distributors who are speculated to be located stateside. YMC's focus is on tracking down the person as soon as possible. The company is also looking at possible legal actions they could take against the distributors that are based in Korea.
In the midst of all this, many still remain doubtful about the company's explanation as to why Ailee had to take photos nudes. They earlier revealed that the photos were made for a supposed modelling agency that was in fact a fraud.
The MelOn Music Awards will be held on November 14 at the Seoul Olympic Park's gymnastic stadium. Ailee has been named by MelOn Music Awards as one of 2013's Top 10 artists.
