JYP Entertainment and Smile Gate has partnered up to promote the massive online FPS game "Crossfire"

"Crossfire" is available for PC gaming.

South Korean gaming company Smile Gate and JYP Entertainment have entered into a partnership to promote Smile Gate's tactic first person game "Crossfire".

The announcement was made during an official press conference attended by representatives from both companies, including JYP artists miss A and 2PM.

Beginning November 18, both companies will join forces to promote Hallyu alongside the promotions for Crossfire. Idols groups 2PM and miss A have become the official product endorses for the fps game.

"Crossfire", which was originally released in Korea back in 2007, has gained immense popularity overseas. It is currently the number 1 first person shooter game in Brazil as well the as number 1 online game in China. It is being played by over 400 million players all over the world from 76 countries. In its latest version, game developers have created characters that resemble 2PM and miss A members.

In a statement JYP Entertainment expressed their enthusiasm over this new partnership. "We're looking forward to 2PM and miss A's 'Crossfire' PR video as building the platform for both companies. It won't be just a simple collaboration between gaming and entertainment. We will be working hard to lead the way in spreading Korean contents."
