Woolim Entertainment Confirms L's Relationship With Kim Do Yeon

At first they denied it. Now their coming clean to admit it. Look's Infinite's L is officially out of the market, ladies.

In September this year, INFINITE's L was involved in a controversy linking him to ulzzang star, Kim Do Yeon. Rumours flew that the two have been secretly dating after Kim Do Yeon posted a heartfelt message on Twitter directed to a person named "L". The controversy, of course, was denied by Woolim Entertainment until the hype went down.

However Woolim Entertainment said something different recently. This time, admitting that L and Kim Do Yeon are indeed in a relationship.

A representative from Woolim Entertainment said, "L has been in a relationship for about four months now with the girl mentioned in the rumours in September. At that time, L had brought it up with the agency. To protect L, the company had to hide the matter. We would like to sincerely apologize for this. When the rumours started in September, INFINITE was doing their world tour and the two had not even had a chance to see each other. We would like it if L, his girlfriend, and his fans are no longer hurt by this issue."

Woolim Entertainment re-opened the issue after Kim Do Yeon complained on Twitter that she could no longer handle the cyber abuse she was receiving after the rumours broke out in September. Kim Do Yeon also confirmed the truth of the matter and said that she would report cyber bullies to the police.

When the L and Kim Do Yeon tandem was revealed in September, fans showed mixed reactions. The most bizarre incident at the time was when some of L's major fansites consequently shut down.
