Taecyeon's latest romantic flick Marriage Blue has reached the top of the local box office chart 6 days after its official premiere on November 21. During its first day of release, "Marriage Blue" only debuted in third place, following Kim Woo Bin's "Friend 2" and the critically acclaimed YA book-to-movie adaption of "Hunger Games 2: Catching Fire".

"Marriage Blue", which was directed by Hong Ji Young, centres on the lives with 4 couples living different love situations. Kim Kang Woo and Kim Hyo Jin's story is about a couple who gets back together again after a break up. Ma Dong Seok and Guzal Tursunova, on their part, encounters the biggest crisis of their lives just before they hop into marriage. Lee Hee Joon and Go Joon Hee is the couple who goes into a shotgun marriage. Lee Yeon Hee and Taecyeon, who are about to get married after dating for 7 years, comes into a phase of doubt after Ju Ji Hoon appears into their lives and starts to shake up the couple's relationship.
