It has been reported that Junhyung of B2ST showed up at a police station to be part in the investigation in the defamation case filed against him and KBS by his previous agency CEO Mr. Kim.

A representative from Cube Entertainment told Newsen that, "Junhyung was issued a subpoena notice and thus attended the investigation. Since the police is in the middle of investigation, it is too early to reveal the specifics of the case. We will reveal the results as soon as they come out."

While Star News representative stated, "Junhyung was summoned as the defendant and he has finished his investigation... There was no change in his statement that he did not lie during his testimony."

As reported before, Junhyung's previous CEO Mr. Kim filed a lawsuit against KBS for an episode of "Win Win" in 2012, which the CEO indicated that the statement reflected him in a negative light and that Junhyung had made-up stories about him during his guesting on that episode.

In recall, Junghyung had stated on the show, "I had a 10-year slave contract but my agency didn't keep any of their promises so I expressed that I want to leave. The CEO who heard my words called me over to a bar. The CEO was very drunk and broke a bottle before me, and said to me, 'Do you want to stay with me or not.'"

In the preliminary proceedings, the court judged that KBS could not show that the CEO had in fact did those things, while also at the same time ruling that the CEO could not also prove that he hadn't done those things. Therefore, the court ordered KBS to make a reference that their episode aired may not have been true. But, both sides were not contented with the results, making them both file appeals. Throughout this process, the CEO also decided to file a lawsuit against Junhyung, accusing him of not telling the truth while testifying in the initial trials, causing the idol to attend the investigation session on December 17.
