Five-member male group, AA gives the reason why 22 is on their outfits for their performances in music charts. The group stated that the number 22 is not just a number but has significance to all them since their comeback performance. With their return with their first mini album and change in the member line up, AA explains that the number 22 symbolizes the average age of their members ever since November 2011.

In 2011, AA made a debut in "Kpop Super Concert." On 28 October, the boys took their first step as singers. AA performed for the first time in front of over 20,000 revellers catching performances by the latest K-Pop stars. The boys were joined by labe lmate senior and actress Ha Ji-Won, who performed a sexy and powerful wave right alongside the rookies. They performed their title track, "So Crazy" in KBS Music Bank as rookies as well as, MBC's Music Core, JTBC's Music On Top and SBS's Inkigayo.

AA pre-released a song from their upcoming mini album, "Rollin Rollin." But the song was banned and believed unfit for broadcast by KBS and SBS. It was March of this year when It was the end of AA's year and six month-break with the release of their first mini album, COME BACK. Lat June, Joowon decided to leave the group to pursue his career, therefore replacing him with two new members, Hoik  and Jin-Hong.

The group has made a comeback with the song, "Ok About It," where they wore the number 22 outfits.
