Chuseok Festival: How K-pop Stars Are Celebrating

Chuseok Festival or Thanksgiving Harvest is a celebrated holiday in Korea. This is one of the long holidays the country has. Thanksgiving started last September 16 and will be on-going for 5 days.

In this time, what do the idols do?

SM Entertainment gave their talents a break, except for girl group, Girls Generation, who will be heading to promote their Japanese album, "Galaxy Supernova," on September 18.

YG Entertainment also gave permission for break to their singers these holidays except for famous BIGBANG, who will also be out of the country to perform in the opening acts of the Singapore F1 Grand Prix on the 20th. They are also busy for their upcoming album release and Japan Tour.

While JYP Entertainment has also done the same to its talents except for Sunmi, who is wrapping up her promotions for "24 Hours" on SBS inkigayo and 2PM Nichkhun, who is filming for a Chinese drama.

Cube Entertainment gave cakes to everyone to take home for the holiday. Meanwhile, BToB has no free time since they will be also busy in promotions of "Thriller."

INFINTE will also be out of the country to perform for their world tour in Japan's Yokohama Arena on the 20th. But even though they are out, they will be celebrating a special Chuseok with their fans.

While some of the idols are overseas during the festival, Crayon Pop will be in Korea, however will be busy promoting for Bar Bar Bar, which have been famous in the music charts.

After School's UEE is also busy in filming for SBS' "Barefoot Friends."

Even though, they have different things to do for the festival, idols still remember and celebrate the Chuseok festival thus, some of them greeted fans through a video message.
