Even after a year of its release, Girls' Generation's 4th album "I Got a Boy" is still raking awards in music charts overseas. Just recently, Girls' Generation received the top prize at the Annual Music Chart 2013.
SM Entertainment made the announcement about Girls' Generation's latest feat on February 18. A day after, SM Entertainment revealed that Girls' Generation was recognized at the KKBOX's Annual Korean Album and Music Chart for the year 2013.
Some of the factors that determined the winners at the awards ceremony are the frequency of the video streaming as well as the number of downloads. In recall, the popularity of Girls' Generation's "I Got a Boy" music was already proven last year's YouTube Awards where the group scored "Video of the Year".
In the meatime, fans patiently await Girls' Generation's comeback with their mini-album "Mr. Mr."
