Shindong is Chosen as a Host Once Again in MBC's 'Idol Dance Off'

Super junior's Shindong is again hosting but for a dance battle. Super Junior's Shindong doesn't stop being a host, as he is now chosen the new host for MBC's Idol Dance Off.

Super Junior's Shindong doesn't stop being a host, as he is now chosen the new host for MBC's Idol Dance Off.'

On February 20, a representative of MBC spoke with MBN News stating, "Shindong has been chosen as the MC for 'Idol Dance Off,' which will be organized in April.  He won't be the only MC, there will be one female MC with whom he'll be working.  We have not yet chosen the female MC."

'Idol Dance Off' is a unique and severe dance competition with countless idol group members taking part in sports dance, hip hop dance, and other genres.

The representative said, "The best dancers among idols will gather, be given missions from the production crew, form teams, and then compete against one another to see how well the others do.  Afterwards, the teams that pass will advance into the survival portion. The official filming will begin in March and we plan on having the opening filming sometime next week."

The most assertive dancer in idol groups includes Dal Shabet, AoA, GLAM, TASTY, Big Star, Boys Republic, MYNAME, Tiny-G, RaNia, Kiss&Cry, and Kim So Jung will be joining. 14 guys and 14 girls will vie in the preliminaries, but only 5 guys and 5 girls will move onto the final.  The male winner and female winner will then take part in a beverage commercial as the prize.  But it does not end there, all of their group members can appear in the commercial, which will give them a chance to be known.
