After photos of them seen together and looking very much like a couple, figure skater Kim Yuna and professional ice hockey player Kim Won Joong confirmed to be in a relationship.

On March 5, a representative of Kim Yuna spoke to news outlet, World Sports, "The dating rumour and Dispatch's article on Kim Yuna and Kim Won Joong are true, and the two are in a relationship."

It was just earlier when Dispatch showed photos of Kim Yuna and Kim Won Joong walking closely together and even holding hands. According to the news outlet, the two met in July of 2012 at the Taeneung Training Center. Because they came from the same school and both have professions on ice, they share many things in common.

Though the world may be common with the renowned figure skater, not everyone knows Kim Won Joong. But, because of his tall height and good face, he is quite known among Korean hockey fans. He made an appearance on the show "Star's Best Friend" as actor Yoo Gun's handsome, athlete friend.
