It was just this July, when CNBLUE and FNC Entertainment filed an injunction case against punk rock band, Crying Nut of spreading false accusations regarding the release of the band's song.

In recall, Crying Nut filed a lawsuit against FNC Entertainment and CNBLUE regarding their performance of the song, "Offside" on Mnet's M!Countdown in 2010 which was included in CNBLUE 's DVD and was released in Japan. Even if CNBLUE made it clear that CJ E&M was to be responsible for planning and selling of the said DVD and both CNBLUE and FNC Entertainment released a public apology, the punk rock band still pursued on spreading false accusations through their homepage, thus making a bad reputation for the FNC Entertainment artist.
