YoonA and Sooyoung Did Not Attend "Radio Star" Fearing They Might Get Grilled

YoonA and Sooyoung did not join the rest of Girls' Generation during their appearance on "Radio Star" out of fear that the MCs might interrogate them

Girls' Generation member recently guest starred on "Radio Star" where they talked about multiple issues, including YoonA and Sooyoung's relationships.

According to the members YoonA and Sooyoung declined to attend the issue out of fear that the MCs might interrogate them about their love lives. Therefore it was Taeyeon, Tiffany, Jessica, Yuri, and Sunny who had to cater to the dating queries being thrown at them, to which Jessica clearly pointed out that "dating is not a crime.'

Kim Gura asked if YoonA and Sooyoung's now-public relationships made room for the other members to have more freedom when it comes to dating, Yuri answered, "We want to become free, too. But the question is, will the public be so accepting?"

Yuri also expressed her concern for YoonA and Sooyoung. "Even though it's already out in the open, people still try to pry into their lives."

The members also revealed that even before YoonA and Sooyoung made the public confession, they already knew about the boyfriends beforehand. Tiffany said, "We don't keep secrets." Jessica added, "I think it would've been weird if we found out through the news when we're always together and part of one group."

The MCs kept trying to extract more information about YoonA and Sooyoung, but the members did a good job dodging the questions. "If the two of the came on the show with us, it would've been easier. But since they're not here, it's difficult," Yuri said.
